They are thinner than most barbell weights allowing users to load more weight on bars and weight carriage systems. The weight size options are 5KG/10KG/15KG/20KG/25K, Pound options:10LB/15LB/25LB/35LB/45LB/55LB. Hole diameter is 2in/5cm, which can be used with most barbells.Each bumper weight plate has a strong stainless steel hub insert, results in better absorption and dispersal of force, which means better durability.
